Tutoring
MECA provides tutoring to its students and the surrounding community for a nominal fee. Students are encouraged to maintain a C or above average in their academic subjects to be enrolled in MECA's programs. Students who are seeking turoing are matched with work study students from the University of Houston.

College Financial Aid Assistance
Youth attending MECA that are entering a college or university receive assitance with the application for Federal Student Aid other wise known as FAFSA.

College Field Trips
High school youth will participate in field trips to surrounding Houston colleges and universities. Some schools may include Texas A&M University, University of Texas at Austin, Rice University, and the Univesity of Houston.
