HOW YOU CAN HELP:

• Set-Up (Nov. 2nd): This position is physically demanding and involves building tents, stages, and other structures, as well as laying out tables and chairs. Hang decorations and signage, unpack and set up equipment, and prepare the festival grounds as well as organize and inventory equipment and materials.

• Break Down (Nov. 3rd): Volunteers are needed to disassemble stages, pack up equipment, and clean the festival grounds.

• Food Court: Provide food service to customers. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold proper health standards.

• Kitchen Prep: Assist with food preparation. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold proper health standards.

• Information Volunteers: Be stationed throughout the event site to help direct guests and answer their questions.

• Advocate Volunteer: Help spread the word about MECA’s mission and goals among attendees and encourage them to donate or join as volunteers themselves.

• Altar Attendant: Making sure the altars are undisturbed by giving information to patrons about boundaries.
