Special Announcement From The Qatar Harvey Fund
H. E. Sheikh Meshal bin Hamad Al-Thani, Qatar's Ambassador to the U.S. and Chair of the Qatar Harvey Fund, announced a $1.7 million grant to the Multicultural Education and Counseling through the Arts (MECA) community center in Houston. The grant will enable repairs to MECA’s historic building, renovate the theater, install an elevator and support 16 three-year student scholarships.
