Theater

MECA collaborates with other arts organizations to provide theater workshops and summer classes.  These experiences allow students to work out complex emotional issues drawn from their personal experiences.  Furthermore, students gain a voice through their performances, and are able to communicate their perspectives to their family members through performances.  In addition, the MECA community has opportunities to perform in seasonal plays.
